Cancellation policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days before the agreed start of the rental period.

Your cancellation must be received by us in text form, for example by email. The relevant time for meeting the cancellation deadline is the time at which your cancellation is received by us.

If you cancel within the applicable period, any payments already made will be refunded in full within two weeks after we receive your cancellation.

After the free cancellation period has expired, there is no contractual right to free cancellation.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
